Obituary for Marshall Maclin Kimble
KIMBLE, Marshall Maclin, 76, of Valrico, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018, surrounded by family. Born in Woodberry, TN to Robert and Mildred (McFarrin) Kimble, he lived portions of his life in Muncie, IN, Cincinnati, OH and Brandon, FL. He married Carol J. (Haines) Kimble in 1974 in Muncie, IN, and had three sons, Greg, Paul, and David. Prior to marrying Carol, He served in the Indiana National Guard. He enjoyed spending his free time with his sons and granddaughter fishing, being involved in motorsports and following local sports teams. He was a Christian man and a member of the First Baptist Church of Brandon. His favorite get-away was the Great Smoky Mountains, was an avid animal lover who always enjoyed having a dog as a companion and was an excellent father and role model. He was a hard-working, self-made man, holding various management positions with The Circle K Corporation and Advance Auto Parts. Marshall is survived by wife Carol; sons, Greg, Paul, and David; granddaughter, Hannah; brother, Gene and daughters-in-law, Holley and Amy.
